The following clip is a video message from Senior Systema Instructor Emmanuel Manolakakis just prior to the conduction of a seminar in May of 2012.

Emmanuel is the Owner & Chief Instructor of the Fight Club Martial Arts and Fitness Centre in Toronto. Emmanuel has spent the last sixteen years focusing on Systema under the tutelage of Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Ryabko.
